We love to share the happy stories of our customers and promotional product success stories in our blog and it makes us happy as much as our clients. In this edition, we have great pleasure to introduce our repeat customer Mason Middlebrooks who owns a medium sized restaurant in down town Chapel Hill, NC.
Chapel Hill may be a small city but it has a rich smattering of some truly gourmet dinner spots, low key delicious food places and everything in between! With a range of restaurants that dish out a wide range of cuisines right from Asian flavors to truly American fare and Tuscan and Turkish delicacies, there is a lot to explore and experience here. Quite rightly, our customer who was planning a brand makeover needed some great custom gifts for his regular clients to keep up the brand image and stir up some fresh interest.
He was not sure of the best possible way to pick up a gift that will please everyone and let him stay in his budget. That’s why he came to our office for some friendly tips and our product experts suggested Himalayan tumblers.

ProImprint product experts picked up Himalayan tumblers because of its incredible popularity. The best part is that this double wall insulated tumblers with vacuum technology can be used to carry both hot and cold liquids for a fairly long time. The brilliant color choices and the metallic finish of these metal tumblers matched the friendly vibe of this restaurant. Last but not least, these logo drinkware items could be customized with the name and tagline of the eatery to give it a personal touch.
Flyers and email campaigns were held a week in advance to inform the regular clientele about the upcoming brand makeover. However the promotional offer was open to every diner who visited the restaurant during the weekend. A display rack was set up to highlight the gifts and build up a buzz for a few days leading up to the event.
Results
The restaurant was decked up in their theme color of red with brilliant confetti, display boards and more. The live music band added up to the buzz and brought in a few curious people as well. As the diners placed their orders they got a gift wrapped personalized Himalayan tumbler bearing the brand and logo of the restaurant. It will surely make a welcome addition to the drinkware collection of everyone and a long lasting display board that will talk about this restaurant that is especially famous for its fish and seafood menu.
