Product & Design Quality - Flashlights look great Customer Service & Shipping - After searching for flashlight key chains I found Proimprint to be the best price. Within a half hour of placing my order I received a call from proimprint telling me that my order had been received and if I needed help with artwork. Since I had downloaded logo already I was told they'd send a proof for approval. A little later same day a rep. called to let me know proof was ready for review he also asked when I needed my order which wasn't for several weeks. I received regular updates on my order. I ordered Sept. 13 and received my order Sept. 20. I'm definitely impressed!
